  1. A Bachelor's degree or 90 college credits (see Additional Information below).

  2. Required college-level courses:
General biology with lab; Inorganic chemistry with lab; Organic chemistry with lab; Physics with Lab and college level mathematics. Applicants must have at least one academic year of each of the above listed college-level courses.

  3. Transcripts not in English need to be translated and notarized to complete the admissions application. Non-English transcripts will not be considered until they are translated.

  4. Transcript evaluation on a course-by-course basis by a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services; NACES; www.naces.org. Student applicants from Canada or the US Territories are exempt from this requirement.

  5. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) if English is not the applicant’s primary language.

  6. Basic medical school entrance requirements of applicant's home country.

Additional Information
Candidates may qualify for admission upon completion of 90 semester credit hours, three academic years, or the equivalent, provided that they meet all other entrance credential requirements. Candidates are expected to demonstrate proficiency in the types of premedical course work required of applicants from the U.S. educational model. How such proficiency shall be demonstrated is left to the discretion of the Admissions Committee. Proficiency may be demonstrated, for example, by the applicant's satisfactory performance on the MCAT or by successful completion of typical U.S. educational model premedical courses given at "extension" schools in the applicant's home country or abroad.

Any given part of an applicant's required academic preparation may be waived or modified at the sole discretion of the Admissions Committee. It is the applicant's sole responsibility to ensure fulfillment of any unique premedical requisites dictated by the licensing authority of the country, region, or jurisdiction where the applicant intends ultimately to practice medicine.
