Alumni Association Founded – University Leadership Bolstered

In late 2006, a group of graduates and senior students of the University of Sint Eustatius assembled to form the new Alumni Association. Early organizational meetings yielded a founding membership and an executive board. Major initiatives of the Alumni Association will focus on providing a continuous stream of mentorship from initial enrollment of students through residency. To achieve these ends, the Alumni Association will coordinate its efforts with the Student Government Association of the University of Sint Eustatius. Such coordination is expected to entrench both the Alumni Association and the Student Government Association as integral elements of leadership within the University and global medical professional communities.
