These rental property listings are provided in order to help new and currently enrolled students locate housing on Sint Eustatius. However, while every effort is made by the University of Sint Eustatius to verify information provided by landlords, it is each student's responsibility to determine the suitability of a residence and make arrangements with the landlord. In no event shall the University be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly for any errors indicated on this website as well as any contract undertaken between landlord and student.

All rentals are on a first-come-first-served basis, so it is a good idea to make arrangements for housing as early as possible! When you have secured housing (i.e. paid a deposit or first month's rent), please notify us at rentals@eustatiusmed.edu, so that your rental can be removed from the listings.

It is every student's responsibility to obtain a copy of the contract directly from the landlord before arrival on island.
