Required Documents for Application to the University of Sint Eustatius

To apply to the University of Sint Eustatius, the following documents MUST be submitted to the Admissions Office:

 Completed New or Transfer Student Application Form
An online application must be completely filled out and submitted. If you have any questions please e-mail: admissions@eustatiusmed.edu. If you are unable to complete the application online, a downloadable version is available here.

 Application Fee
$100 U.S. The application fee may be paid by check (drawn on a U.S. bank), credit card (Visa or MasterCard accepted) or a postal money order and is required for processing of the application.

 Two Letters of Recommendation
- (See Form on Downloads Page)
Letters of recommendation may be of the composite pre-medical committee type, statements from professors knowledgeable about the applicant's character, academic achievement and aptitudes, or endorsements by physicians familiar with the applicant's performance in healthcare settings. Letters should be on letterhead.

 Four Color Photographs
Standard 2" x 2" passport-size, with your name signed on the back.

 Official Transcripts
- (Preceptor Evaluations or Medical School Transcripts, if applicable; Translated and Evaluated if applicable; see Request Form on Downloads Page)
Official transcript(s) covering all course work, clinical rotations, etc., pursued at each college or professional school attended and bearing the raised seal of the institution should be mailed directly to the Admissions Committee by the issuing institution(s).

 Personal Statement
The personal statement represents the applicant's opportunity to communicate to the Admissions Committee anything important that he/she feels: might not be covered sufficiently (or at all) by the standard application format; might clarify any ambiguity, strength, weakness, or other thought-provoking feature of the application; would give the Admissions Committee greater insight into the applicant's unique qualifications, aptitudes, competencies, experiences, interests, and aspirations. The personal statement should not be perfunctory, generic, too abstract to be meaningful, or derived from any source other than the applicant's own mind.

 MCAT Scores (if applicable, not mandatory)

 USMLE Step I Scores (if applicable)

Within thirty (30) days of acceptance into the program, the following must be submitted:

 University Registration For
- (Basic Science or Clinical Medicine, whichever is applicable)
Dating and signing confirms your intention to enroll and acknowledges receipt and understanding of the University of Sint Eustatius School of Medicine Student Handbook.

 Seat Deposit Fee
Required to reserve a place in the term or start date of your choice.
