USESOM Welcomes Dr. Ezzeldin Nasser!

On behalf of the administration, staff and students of the University of Sint Eustatius School of Medicine, I would like to extend a warm welcome to our new Campus Provost, Dr. Ezzeldin Nasser.

An M.D. with a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology, Dr. Nasser will oversee all day-to-day campus operations as well as play a key role in the restructuring of USESOM’s curriculum including the development of a technologically-enhanced educational platform.

Dr. Nasser brings with him years of educational and leadership experience as a prior Dean and multi-committee chairman at institutions such as Medical University of the Americas, and St. Matthews University School of Medicine.

I am grateful to have Dr. Nasser join our Statia family and look forward to working closely with him, along with our esteemed Advisory Council, as we continue to develop our curriculum and campus in an effort to provide our students with the greatest opportunity to serve the world as extremely competent and well-rounded physicians.
